Job Description: Account Manager Jonas Software Remote USA We are looking for an ambitious, hard- working individual to join our Account Management Team. The ideal candidate will be driven for results, action oriented, customer focused and a self-motivated individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously. In addition, this strong communicator requires a proven ability in actively listening and negotiating through sales. We need an action oriented, well rounded, customer-centric individual with a passion for people and sales. Someone who can self-assess well and build powerful relationships with people. Through this, you will easily be able to see gaps in how our clients use the software and offer guidance on how to implement more products so our clients can be successful using more of our software. Job Responsibilities: Reporting to the Sales Manager, the core responsibilities of the position are to: · Conduct product calls to all existing clients to generate back to base software add-ons for sales team · Conduct customer well being calls to sell back to base consulting/training opportunities for the Professional Services group · Enter data into the Salesforce database; qualify leads and process orders for add-ons · Maintain lead status and track opportunity status in Salesforce · Staff booths at industry trade shows (may require up to 20 days travel per year) Job Qualifications: · Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or English or equivalent work experience · Excellent knowledge of sales practices and principals · Excellent interpersonal, listening, public speaking and communication skills · Excellent organizational and process management skills · Experience in selling software solutions for the construction industry is an asset, but not required · Ability to make timely decisions · Ability to show compassion and understand others · Ability to take ownership of tasks #LI-VL1 Business Unit: Data-Basics, Inc.
