Interactions will include responding to client queries, scheduling, contract administration, and providing on-site reception and support for candidates. The Customer Support Representative will also work closely with our internal team of doctors, leaders, and other professionals to complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate documentation related to business operations. In addition, this role will play an active part in supporting new business growth. The support may include collaborating on ideas to pursue new business areas, and joining our leadership during business development meetings.
