Job Title: Customer Support Representative Location: Schaumburg, Illinois Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $19-$24 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM close of workday Work Environment: Primarily in-office with occasional work-from-home opportunities Job Description The Customer Support Representative position serves as a direct point of contact for senior leaders at our customers, and for candidates participating in our testing processes. Interactions will include responding to client queries, scheduling, contract administration, and providing on-site reception and support for candidates. The Customer Support Representative will also work closely with our internal team of doctors, leaders, and other professionals to complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate documentation related to business operations. In addition, this role will play an active part in supporting new business growth. The support may include collaborating on ideas to pursue new business areas, and joining our leadership during business development meetings. For someone willing to learn, the position offers meaningful professional development and growth.
