Position Overview: The Digital Sales Manager at Coplon’s is responsible for building, managing, and growing all digital sales channels for our luxury retail store. This role blends e‑commerce strategy, client relationship management, creative direction, and hands‑on execution. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, highly organized, design‑minded, and deeply attuned to luxury clients—both online and in store. This position plays a critical role in driving measurable e‑commerce growth while maintaining Coplon’s elevated brand identity and white‑glove client experience across all digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: E‑Commerce & Website Management • Manage Coplon’s Shopify website backend, ensuring a seamless, visually refined, and conversion‑driven user experience • Develop and execute online merchandising strategies to maximize sales performance, product visibility, and conversion rates • Manage site updates, product launches, collections, promotions, and overall site functionality Digital Sales & Client Experience • Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital customers, providing a high‑touch, luxury‑level service experience while facilitating personalized outreach, styling assistance, and sales • Oversee the full lifecycle of website orders, including order processing, fulfillment coordination, shipping, delivery, and issue resolution Marketing, Advertising & Growth • Oversee end‑to‑end creation, management, and optimization of paid advertising across Google and Meta platforms • Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue growth • Plan and execute tri‑weekly email marketing campaigns highlighting new arrivals, in‑store events, seasonal promotions, and brand storytelling Creative Direction & Content • Direct the creative vision and execution of marketing photoshoots, digital campaigns, and advertising initiatives as needed • Produce and design marketing and communication assets using Photoshop and Canva • Supervise and collaborate with a social media content creator to ensure consistent, high‑quality, on‑brand content across all platforms • Ensure all digital content aligns with Coplon’s luxury aesthetic, voice, and brand standards Qualifications & Skills • Proficiency with Shopify, including site management, merchandising, and backend operations • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently • Strong creative eye with hands‑on experience using Photoshop and Canva • Experience leading or supervising creative collaborators or contractors • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Client‑focused mindset with an understanding of luxury service standards • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced retail environment Preferred Experience • Background in luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands • Experience managing paid digital advertising on Google and Meta platforms • Experience with managing e-commerce operations for a luxury or premium brand • Experience with email marketing platforms and customer segmentation • Familiarity with analytics tools and performance reporting Why Join Coplon’s • Coplon’s offers a unique opportunity to shape and grow the digital presence of a respected luxury retailer.
