This work will include creating proactive sourcing strategies, understanding key markets and deploying recruiting approaches to build your network & the Copeland brand through engaging with top talent. You will partner with hiring teams to understand their talent needs, consult, and share insight into what is happening in the markets. Your efforts will enable us to best position our roles to net top talent meet the organizations growing and evolving needs. This role will be part of a global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence team and will report into the Talent Acquisition Manager – North America & Europe who is based out of the United States. We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will: Lead full-cycle salaried recruiting across Europe (Romania, Germany, Italy, Ireland, France, Czech Republic, remote). This includes marketing jobs, sourcing talent, screening, interviewing, extending offers, hiring, and onboarding Design and implement a recruiting strategy for salaried roles, including apprenticeships and early career programs Collaborate with TA team, managers, and HR to understand and communicate our organization’s strategy, structure, products, and culture Build positive relationships with hiring managers and HR, serving as a trusted partner to meet talent needs Maintain relations with professional organizations, universities, and trade schools to improve brand awareness and talent pipelines Provide an excellent candidate and hiring team experience, bringing innovative ideas and continuous improvement Conduct market research and share talent intelligence to improve job competitiveness. Be proficient in recruiting tools and HRIS (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, HireEZ) Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements: This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs. You will have an opportunity to work with your team and leader to determine when you should be in office to drive meaningful connections and to best serve our customers Required Education, Skills & Experience: Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of professional recruiting experience, including building and implementing effective sourcing & recruiting strategies across multiple European countries Possess hunter mentality, with previous experience conducting high-volume recruiting searches and sourcing Experience using a multitude of sourcing and recruiting related tools Ability to align talent acquisition team objectives with business priorities to ensure top performance Must be meticulous with project and time management experience and skills with a demonstrable track record of meeting set deadlines, with the expectation of ongoing disruptions, to provide employee/management customer service Experience working in a fast-paced environment where multiple high-level searches and projects are the norm.
