Join our team and start your journey today! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to join our Vilter by Copeland team in Mikulov, Czech Republic. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Configure-to-Order (CTO) customer projects while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, planning, purchasing, production, and field services to deliver customer-focused, high-quality solutions on time and within budget. This position requires a strong technical foundation and proven experience in heavy industrial environments, ideally within the refrigeration, oil & gas, or large-scale manufacturing sectors. Key Responsibilities: Lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of complex refrigeration, gas compression, and other strategic projects. Manage project scope, schedule, costs, and risks to meet or exceed customer expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and key business partners. Drive accountability and communication across teams to ensure alignment on deliverables. Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining focus on continuous improvement. Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members to achieve optimal performance. Contribute to the development and enhancement of project management tools and processes. Required Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in project management within a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment (HVAC industry preferred). Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects with budgets up to $750K. Strong technical acumen with hands-on understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in industrial applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Ability to travel up to 25%. Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Czech language proficiency is preferred. Experience in refrigeration, oil & gas, or other heavy industrial manufacturing industries. Training or experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
