Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking, on behalf of a top technology partner, a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of a modern SaaS platform powering essential real-world industries. This role offers the opportunity to work on technically complex, high-impact products from concept through deployment, collaborating closely with product and design teams to deliver solutions customers truly value. In this role you will: Lead the development of major product features across both frontend interfaces and backend services. Architect scalable infrastructure and modular systems to support rapid growth. Translate user needs into technical designs and product features through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Uphold high standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability. Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning with a customer-first mindset. Qualifications Proven track record of leading development for large-scale, technically challenging products. Proficiency in frontend technologies (React, React Native) and backend frameworks (Node.js/Express, MongoDB). Deep understanding of user-centered design and product development. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable making independent decisions in fast-moving environments. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. 4–10 years of experience as a full-stack engineer in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
