Position Overview We are excited to welcome an experienced HVAC professional to our growing Technical Team. This is a dynamic, high-impact role working alongside a dedicated National Account Manager to support one of our key distributor partners with multiple branch locations. You will play a critical role in strengthening contractor relationships, elevating product knowledge, and driving technical confidence throughout the distributor network. As the technical extension of both the Account Manager and the distributor’s branches, you will be the trusted expert in the field — leading trainings, supporting counter days, troubleshooting real-world challenges, and helping our partners succeed. This is a field-based position requiring approximately 70% travel throughout the Northeast region. Candidates based in New York State or Massachusetts are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities • Partner directly with Comfortside National Account Manager to support their primary distributor account • Provide technical support across multiple branch locations • Conduct counter days to assist branch teams • Deliver in-person contractor training sessions • Provide startup assistance and troubleshooting guidance • Assist in resolving technical field issues • Identify training opportunities within branches and contractor networks • Act as the technical face of the company within the assigned account Qualifications The ideal candidate is a hands-on HVAC professional who combines strong field experience with the ability to confidently train and support contractors and distributor teams. • 5+ years of HVAC field experience (installation, service, technical support, or training) • Strong knowledge of ductless HVAC systems • Comfortable presenting technical information to contractors and sales teams • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to travel approximately 70% throughout the East Coast Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 base Bonus: 15% performance bonus We offer a comprehensive benefits package including: • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Profit-sharing plan • Employee product discounts • Paid time off • Travel expenses fully covered • Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization
