Regional Business Manager Cooperative Response Center (CRC) Reports to: VP, Marketing & Membership FLSA: Exempt | Base Salary Range: $88,800 – $125,000 + Commissions Travel: Often 50%, occasionally up to 75% Lead Growth. As a trusted partner to electric cooperatives across the country, we deliver contact center, central station, and software solutions that help our members operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. We are seeking a Regional Business Manager who understands the electric cooperative space — someone who leads with integrity, builds long-term relationships, and drives growth to strengthen the organization. This role is about partnership. It’s about listening well, solving real operational challenges, and helping co-ops build a better future for their members.
