Role Overview: As a Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician at CoolSys, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing commercial refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This position is part of an Evergreen Requisition, meaning we continuously seek qualified candidates to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do: - You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration systems efficiently and accurately. - You will perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent system failures. - You will collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations. - You will document all service activities and maintain accurate records. - You will adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times. - You will stay updated on the latest refrigeration technologies and best practices. - You will support team members and contribute to a positive work environment. What You Bring: - You have at least 3 years of experience in commercial refrigeration service or a related field. - You possess strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with a solid understanding of refrigeration systems. - You hold relevant certifications such as EPA 608 or equivalent. - You have excellent communication and customer service skills. - You are able to work independently and manage your time effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with HVAC systems and electrical troubleshooting. - Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). - Additional certifications in HVAC or refrigeration technologies. - A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
