Cool Cat Fence is growing — and we’re looking for a high-level Project Manager who can take ownership of jobs from signed contract to final walkthrough. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role. This is a field-forward leadership position responsible for production flow, crew coordination, job quality, customer experience, and profitability. What You’ll Be Responsible For • Managing multiple fence installation projects simultaneously • Coordinating installation crews and material deliveries • Reviewing contracts and scope details before production • Ensuring projects are completed on schedule and on budget • Communicating with customers throughout the build process • Solving field issues quickly and professionally • Maintaining accurate documentation in ServiceTitan CRM • Working closely with Sales and Operations to keep production flowing What Success Looks Like • Jobs completed on time • Minimal callbacks • Customers leaving 5-star reviews • Production schedule running efficiently What We’re Looking For • 2+ years experience in construction project management (fencing preferred but not required) • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to manage crews and hold standards • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Comfortable using CRM systems (ServiceTitan experience is a plus) • Problem solver who stays calm under pressure • Valid driver’s license What We Offer • Competitive salary (based on experience) • Benefits package • Growth opportunities within a fast-growing company • A team that values speed, structure, and high standards Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: • Health insurance Work Location: In person
