Executive Assistant / Receptionist Administrator Company: Cool Cat Fence Location: Tukwila, WA Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site (In-Person) Reports To: Executive Leadership About Cool Cat Fence Cool Cat Fence is a growing, customer-focused fencing company committed to quality workmanship, professionalism, and reliable service. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Receptionist Administrator to support executive leadership while managing daily front-desk and administrative operations. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Tukwila, WA, and requires consistent on-site presence. Key Responsibilities Executive Support • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and scheduling • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed • Assist with compiling business documents and internal reports • Coordinate internal and external communications • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion • Provide administrative support for company projects and follow-ups Reception & Office Administration • Greet clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional manner • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and email inquiries • Maintain office organization and supplies • Coordinate appointments and meetings • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems • Assist with general documentation, forms, and business records Qualifications (Required) • Previous experience in an executive assistant, receptionist, administrative, or similar office role • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Professional demeanor with strong customer-service abilities • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities effectively Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field • Understanding of basic accounting principles and general business operations • Experience preparing reports or presentations • Experience supporting senior leadership • Bilingual abilities — Russian and/or Spanish language skills highly desirable What We Offer • Competitive compensation based on experience • Full-time, stable employment • Supportive and team-oriented work environment • Opportunity for professional growth within the company If you are detail-oriented, business-minded, and ready to contribute in a hands-on, in-office role, we encourage you to apply.
