Summary: We are seeking a skilled Decision Support Systems (DSS) Analyst to work closely with customers and design teams to prioritize data and information requirements. This role involves determining how DSS and Executive Information Systems (EIS) will provide necessary information for effective business decisions and translating these requirements into actionable applications using appropriate decision support and reporting tools. Responsibilities: Collaborate with customers and design teams to prioritize data requirements. Design, develop, and maintain Decision Support Systems (DSS). Model data sources and flows, and work with data management staff to define and implement DSS and EIS policies and security frameworks. Monitor system performance and implement changes to optimize performance. Participate in the selection and evaluation of new products and technologies. Support the user community and development team in designing, developing, and maintaining DSS/EIS applications. Identify and recommend technology solutions for business challenges. Work on multiple projects of medium technological complexity, sometimes leading projects and mentoring junior team members. Required Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3 years of IT work experience in business intelligence tools and systems. Proficiency in process and data modeling, DSS architecture, and tools. Knowledge of development life cycle methodologies and IT planning methodologies.
