We are currently seeking an Enrollment Counselor to join our team from your remote home office. In this position, you will conduct program presentations with potential students and coach them through the application process up until registration. Your primary job functions will include: · Perform outreach to inquiries, prospects and applicants. · Assess and interview prospective students to determine their needs and goals. · Conduct program presentation to the potential students. · Highlight features and benefits related to prospective student interest and program offerings. · Describe program offerings to prospective students fully and accurately and follow practices that permit prospective students to make informed and considered enrollment decisions. · Follow up on all inquiries that need further assistance in the application process. · Email students who meet eligibility requirements the required documentation and application link. · Complete all required next steps in the CRM system. Schedule follow-up and reminders. Qualifications · Bachelor’s Degree or a higher degree. · University Admissions / Enrollment experience · CRM knowledge; specifically, Salesforce Lightening. · Proficient in use of email applications. · Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Excellent at problem solving and conflict resolution. · Ability to work independently and make decisions. · Possess a sincere interest in helping others achieve life goals. · Goal oriented, assertive, results driven, high energy, and highly ethical. · Possess the ability to inspire and motivate. · Understand meeting metrics and KPI’s · Home office set-up with desk, computer and headset. Two screens/ monitors recommended. Must be an office set-up free from noise and distractions. · English will be the primary language used; bilingual abilities useful but not required.
