Base pay range $126,700.00/yr - $258,400.00/yr Open to remote work except in South Dakota, Vermont and West Virginia. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $126,700.00 in our lowest geographic market to $258,400.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience. What You Will Work On Mentoring and building an engaged team environment Develop insights, strategies and concepts for user-facing experiences on Converse.com (both new feature development & customer journey creation), grounded in research and data Articulate complex customer and business needs in easy-to-understand concept expressions and presentations for the organization Demonstrate value of experiences that can be measured; focus on quality and consistency Proficient in user research, user-centered design methods, and analytical problem-solving; leverage data to establish objectives, opportunities, and the high-level vision for all projects Translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable opportunities; inform project briefs and cross-functional discussions Validate feature sets against business and user needs Document completed projects and research studies to inform best practices for cross-functional teammates Gain user insights, design clever ways to understand what drives users, and collaborate with designers to bring ideas to life Manage concurrent, high-profile projects with ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently Continuously improve on-site experiences and working methods Who You Will Work With Collaborate with UX Design & Product Team counterparts to ensure strategy is carried through to production Plan and conduct stakeholder interviews with key business partners to inform project inputs and align with business and consumer needs How You’ll Do This Balance art and science to bring experiences to life that align content and commerce with the user journey Industry and competitive benchmarking to inform in-flight projects and identify future priorities Consumer-focused research to design purposeful and impactful solutions Formulate strong UX roadmaps and documentation to drive an aspirational view of engagement across key touchpoints What You Bring Curious: experience planning and conducting user research studies (usability testing, moderated/unmoderated testing, prototypes, focus groups, etc.) Open and collaborative: plan cross-functionally with Content Strategy, SEO, Digital Design, Analytics, Testing & Optimization, Product Management and Development teams; comfortable with ambiguity Multi-faceted: combine quantitative and qualitative data synthesis to develop new experience solutions Ego-less: flexibility, positivity and results-driven approach Additional Qualifications 10+ years of experience creating user-centric designs for e-commerce products (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; will accept suitable education/experience Portfolio showing how content, design and interface work together to create great digital experiences Experience leading collaboration sessions with diverse UX practitioners Strong communication skills with the ability to digest information clearly We offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible interview locations, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications.
