Position Summary We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee structural steel projects from award through completion. This is an in-office role requiring strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This is not a turnover or burnout-driven replacement role, we are looking to add someone to our team who sees this as a long-term opportunity and wants to contribute to the company’s continued growth. Responsibilities • Manage multiple structural steel projects from award to closeout • Coordinate fabrication, delivery, and installation activities • Work collaboratively with general contractors, engineers, detailers, vendors, and field crews • Review contracts, drawings and specifications • Prepare and submit RFI’s, submittals, and change order requests • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets • Monitor job costs, labor, materials, and production progress • Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and mutual respect Qualifications • 3-10 years of successful project management experience in structural steel fabrication and/or steel erection • Comprehensive knowledge of steel fabrication and erection processes • Ability to read and interpret structural shop and erection drawings • Experience coordinating with general contractors and construction schedules • Proficiency with spreadsheets and project management software • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Willingness to adapt to change and learn new methods • Experience with AISC standards and familiarity with estimating What We’re Looking For • A professional who is team-oriented and treats others with respect • The desire and ability to maintain professionalism and integrity under pressure • Someone who keeps their word and follows through • A leader who reacts to challenges calmly, fairly, and consistently Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary based on experience • Health insurance and benefits package • Paid time off and holidays • 401(k) • Long-term opportunity with a stable, values-driven company How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your resume.
