This is a core role within our project team — not overhead or support. Compensation & Benefits • Salary flexible for candidates bringing strong mechanical experience • Health insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP): participation in the company’s employee stock ownership program, providing long-term retirement and wealth-building benefits • Stable, long-term opportunity with a respected mechanical contractor • Clear expectations, authority, and respect for professional judgment Pay: $63,949.79 - $77,014.80 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Referral program • Retirement plan Education: • Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: • Construction administrative: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: • Macomb, MI 48042 (Required) Work Location: In person
