Job Overview We are seeking a hands-on, customer-focused Field Operator to support our robotic unloading and palletizing systems in real-world warehouse environments. This role involves operating robotic systems, providing on-site technical support, and maintaining strong communication with customers. You will be the face of our company on the ground, ensuring reliable operation and excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities • Operate and monitor robotic unloading and palletizing systems on-site • Perform basic maintenance and support daily system readiness • Troubleshoot and resolve electro-mechanical issues in real time • Interface directly with customers, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication • Document activities and system performance through detailed field reports Required Skills & Qualifications • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments • Strong troubleshooting skills for electro-mechanical systems • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Able to work and commute daily on-site in Cranbury, NY at customer warehouse Education & Experience • High School Diploma or GED • Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems (professional or personal projects such as PC builds, automotive work, etc.) • Prior experience in a customer-facing or field service role Preferred Qualifications • Associate's Degree or higher in a technical field • Experience in automation, robotics, or warehouse operations
