Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) Job Overview: Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) to join our client to deliver exceptional service and support to health plan members and providers. In this position, you’ll handle benefit inquiries, resolve claim questions, and ensure each interaction is managed with care and accuracy. This is a remote, contract-to-hire opportunity for candidates located within one hour of Philadelphia, PA; Columbus, OH; Salt Lake City, UT; Houston, TX; or Bloomington, MN. Training is fully virtual, and this role offers a stable weekday schedule with no weekend or holiday hours. Compensation: $18.90/hour Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 37.5-hour work week Shifts between 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST Training: 10 weeks, 8:30 AM – 4:45 PM EST (no time off during training) Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative: • Provide courteous and accurate assistance to members, providers, and partners regarding eligibility, benefits, and claims. • Research, document, and resolve inquiries using multiple systems and reference tools to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution. • Accurately process and track claims, appeals, or adjustments while adhering to company policies and regulatory standards. • Identify and escalate complex or high-priority issues to appropriate internal departments for review. • Contribute to a positive team environment by maintaining professional communication and meeting quality and productivity standards. Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Service Representative: • Previous customer service or call center experience required, preferably within healthcare, insurance, or a related industry. • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on accuracy and empathy. • Ability to multitask across systems, manage time effectively, and adapt to fast-paced environments. • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
