What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors. - Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in customer success or reputation management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. - Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. - Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to inform decisions. - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office collaboration. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in reputation management or consumer review platforms. - Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot. - Background in digital marketing or customer experience roles. - Knowledge of Tulsa, OK market and business landscape.
