What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in client success, account management, or related roles. - Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in reputation management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships. - Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and driving retention. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics. - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
