Role Overview: As an AI Native Client Success Manager, you will be instrumental in managing and nurturing client relationships within our Reputation Management Team. What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact to foster strong partnerships. - You will utilize AI tools to analyze client data and provide actionable insights to improve their reputation management strategies. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth. - You will proactively identify and resolve client issues to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates. - You will conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to ensure alignment and success. - You will develop and deliver presentations and reports that communicate value and progress to clients. - You will stay updated on industry trends and AI advancements to continuously enhance client strategies. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in client success, account management, or related roles. - Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in client engagement and reputation management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. - Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively. - Experience working in a hybrid work environment and managing remote client relationships. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in reputation management or consumer review platforms. - Familiarity with data analytics tools and CRM software. - Background in marketing or customer experience roles. - Knowledge of the Tulsa, OK market and business landscape.
