What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. - You will develop and execute client success plans to ensure adoption and engagement with our AI-powered reputation management tools. - You will analyze client data and feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and support to address client needs and resolve issues promptly. - You will conduct regular business reviews and provide strategic recommendations to clients. - You will advocate for clients internally to influence product development and service enhancements. - You will stay current with industry trends and AI advancements to provide expert guidance to clients. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in client success, account management, or related roles, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors. - Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in reputation management or customer experience. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. - Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. - Experience working in a hybrid work environment and managing remote client relationships. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with reputation management platforms or CRM software. - Background in sales or marketing with a focus on customer retention. - Familiarity with Tulsa, OK business landscape and client base. - Certification in customer success or project management.
