Role Overview: As an AI Native Client Success Manager, you will be a vital part of our Reputation Management Team, responsible for nurturing client relationships and ensuring their success with our AI-driven reputation solutions. Your role is to act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of our platform to achieve their business goals. What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of client accounts, building strong, long-lasting relationships. - You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. - You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives. - You will analyze client data and feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - You will conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - You will educate clients on best practices and new features of our AI-powered reputation management tools. - You will troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently to maintain high service standards. - You will contribute to the development of client success strategies and processes. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related field. - Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in reputation management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset. - Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously. - Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. - Proficiency with CRM software and client success platforms.
