What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles. - Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in reputation management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset. - Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. - Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. - Proficiency with CRM software and client success platforms.
