Partner with co-manufacturers and internal teams to plan material supply, manage inventory levels, and meet production and customer service goals.
Minimum 5 years in production scheduling, forecasting, distribution, and inventory management with supervisory experience preferred, bachelor's degree required, APICS certification preferred.
Position will be accountable for partnering with Co-manufacturers and planning efficient material supply to meet production plan requirements to achieve service goals and inventory objectives. Interface with Co-manufacturers as well as demand planning, procurement, and customer team departments to provide insight on changes in the business related to Seasonal peaks, Promotions, Conversions, etc. Review material availability and collaborate with internal and external production facilities and identify constraints in meeting inventory and customer supply goals. Manage non-finished goods inventory levels in accordance with customer service levels and valuation goals. Other duties as assigned. Experience Requirements: • Demonstrated excellence in, and, or, Minimum 5 years Production Scheduling, Forecast, Distribution, Inventory Management experience, preferably in the health and beauty industry. • Minimum five-year supervisory experience is preferred. Competencies: • Knowledge of Inventory Management, Forecast Management, Demand Planning, Production Scheduling, Distribution, Warehousing, and Transportation. • Must demonstrate accurate business writing and communication skills. • Bachelors’ Degree is required. Master’s degree preferred. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: APICS certification preferred
