We are currently accepting resumes for an experience Sales Executive. This position will require travel to client sites, as necessary, as well as trade shows and conferences. Summary/Objective The Sales Executive is an excellent communicator with the ability to speak and write clearly and concisely. Effective candidates are self-starters with demonstrated ability in cold-calling, promotion, follow-up, and closing deals. We value individuals who are fearless, coachable, and able to deliver desired results. A successful Sales Executive is one who is interested in real, lifestyle-changing commissions as a reward for their efforts in driving business. Legal industry experience is always helpful. Experienced Sales Executives with deep roots and existing contacts within the legal industry are preferred. Essential Job Functions • Engage in business development activities, practices and events to develop, maintain and expand beneficial relationships with potential clients/customers. • Keep management aware of ongoing business development activities and potential new areas for business development/expansion (pipeline). • Maintain network of professional contacts. • Constantly strive to raise the agency’s profile in the industry and prospective client community. • Compile and utilize lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads. • Keep accurate, updated client information maintained in Sales Force. • Understand the market and competitor’s services, capabilities and marketing activities. • Actively promote new business services in addition to established offerings. • Initiate and manage engagement opportunities for meeting with potential clients. • Expand business relationships with existing clients. • Develop and deliver presentations, marketing material concepts and proposals to potential clients. • Assist other business development personnel when requested. • Enlist others within the organization, as needed, to achieve effective marketing engagements. • Contact and visit prospects to point out advantages of Direct Response advertising, using prepared samples. • Present and negotiate rates with client as needed. • Collect and/or supervise collection of delinquent accounts, as needed and as directed. • Attend legal industry trade shows as assigned and approved. Requirements • Legal Industry Sales experience is required. • Experience in direct response media is ideal. • Proficiency in Salesforce software application required. • Proven record of success creating leads and prospects. • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue as an individual while contributing to a collaborative team environment. • Effective presentation skills required. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other technical suites. • Understanding of advertising/media industry is beneficial to success.
