Marketing & Operations Enablement Manager Our client, a growing and well-respected staffing firm, is looking for a Marketing & Operations Enablement Manager — someone who loves building systems, driving engagement, and bringing marketing ideas to life. This isn’t a commission role — it’s a strategic, high-impact position for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, operations, and technology. What You’ll Do • Create and manage digital campaigns that attract new clients and showcase available talent. • Launch and own a branded Available Talent Program to proactively market vetted candidates. • Build cadences, sequences, and outreach strategies that strengthen brand presence. • Manage CRM/ATS data, analytics, and workflows to keep everything running smoothly. • Develop training materials, playbooks, and process guides for the team. • Partner with leadership to align marketing, sales, and delivery operations. What We’re Looking For • 6+ years of experience in marketing, operations, or enablement (staffing or professional services preferred). • Strong tech and data skills — CRM/ATS management, automation tools, and reporting. • Excellent communicator and project manager who loves structure and creativity in equal measure. • Someone who enjoys connecting dots, creating systems, and helping others succeed.
