Senior Media Buyer / Paid Ads Manager Location: Remote (US based only, California preferred) Type: Full-time Salary: Consulting, retainer fee per client Experience: 3+ years in paid media About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer / Paid Ads Manager to own and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is for someone who has managed accounts independently, understands performance at scale, and can think strategically about growth, creative testing, and optimization. You’ll be responsible for driving results across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, while collaborating closely with creative and strategy teams. What You’ll Do • Own end-to-end paid ad performance across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn • Launch, manage, optimize, and scale campaigns with performance accountability • Develop and execute testing roadmaps for creatives, audiences, and offers • Analyze performance trends and translate data into clear actions • Manage budgets, pacing, and scaling decisions across platforms • Provide feedback to creative teams based on performance insights • Maintain clean account structures, naming conventions, and documentation • Collaborate with stakeholders to align paid media strategy with business goals What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ads budgets independently • Deep experience with Meta Ads Manager (required) • Proven experience with TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads • Strong understanding of performance metrics • Experience scaling campaigns while maintaining efficiency • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Clear communication and ability to explain results and decisions Nice to Have • Agency experience managing multiple accounts or verticals • Experience with attribution and tracking (pixels, CAPI, UTMs, offline conversions) • Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, Supermetrics, or similar reporting tools • Experience mentoring junior media buyers Why You’ll Love This Role • Ownership over strategy and performance, not just execution • Opportunity to shape testing frameworks and scaling playbooks • Work alongside experienced marketers and creative teams • Remote flexibility with a performance-first culture • Clear impact on client or business growth
