Role Description The Senior Site Safety AutoCad Drafter will be responsible for creating detailed site safety plans, architectural and shop drawings, and revising technical documentation. This is a full-time role based on-site in New York, NY. The role also involves interpreting and applying safety codes, working closely with safety professionals, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities will include collaborating with project teams to design safety measures to protect workers and oversee project-specific documentation requirements. Qualifications • Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Drawing with attention to detail • Experience creating Shop Drawings and Architectural Drawings • Knowledge of Architecture and construction safety standards • Familiarity with relevant NYC Building Codes, OSHA requirements, and other regulatory compliance measures • Proficient in AutoCAD and similar drawing software • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a diverse project team • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred • Professional certifications in safety or drafting are a plus
