Enrollment Advisor (Sales + Client Success) Remote (US-based) | Independent Contractor (1099) | Full-time capacity Pay: $60,000 – $100,000 per year Construction Leading Edge helps construction business owners build a profitable, self-managing business. We’re hiring an Enrollment Advisor to own the front end of our sales process and support clients inside our coaching program, Systematize Your Construction Business (SYCB). We want someone with a concierge / hospitality mindset who obsesses over customer experience, runs structured discovery calls with confidence, and follows up like a pro. What you’ll do (Primary) • Run 30–45 minute Business Evaluation Calls (discovery calls) using a proven script and sales playbook • Diagnose fit, identify the real bottleneck, and create clarity on next steps • Manage follow-up in the CRM to prevent pipeline leakage (timely outreach, reminders, nudges, next-step commitments) • Deliver a clean handoff to Todd for the Decision Call (summary, fit assessment, objections, urgency, recommended next step) • Grow into running Decision Calls after you’ve proven mastery What you’ll do (Secondary, as needed) Provide coaching support inside Systematize Your Construction Business (SYCB): • Participate in and eventually lead/co-lead group coaching calls • Provide 1:1 coaching calls (earned responsibility as you ramp) • Provide async coaching feedback (written/video) • Review client implementation plans/trackers and give direction • Help respond to help desk questions (drafting/answering) What success looks like (first 90 days) • You run discovery calls independently and consistently • The pipeline is organized, followed up, and moving • Decision calls are set up for success with clean context and momentum • You contribute meaningful SYCB coaching capacity (ramp is performance-based; typically 6–8 weeks) You’re a fit if you… • Have a concierge mindset (fast response, high care, high standards) • Are comfortable leading structured conversations and asking direct questions • Are organized, follow-up driven, and take ownership • Can be warm and supportive and hold people accountable to next steps • Construction experience is not required (we’ll train you on the process and content) Requirements • US-based contractor with full-time capacity (40 hrs/week) (not a side hustle) • Ability to consistently cover weekday business-hour call windows in ET or CT (no evenings) • Strong written + verbal communication • Tech comfort (CRM, docs, tasks, calendar, video messaging) Compensation • $60,000 – $100,000 per year total compensation range • Includes a $5,000/month base fee plus performance pay • Actual earnings vary based on performance and pipeline volume How to apply Please submit: • Resume • A short written response: “Why this role?” • A 2–3 minute video: introduce yourself and describe your customer experience philosophy and how you handle follow-up.
