If you are a Heavy Civil Estimator experienced with WWTP and process piping and are ready to immediately take over a project, WE NEED YOU! Responsibilities: • Prepare estimates by calculating data like take-offs, labor, equipment, and material costs. • Evaluate the proposal drawings and specifications and determine the required contents of the estimate and scope. • Develop bid package estimate documents. • Travel when needed to assist with proposals and related issues. • All other required tasks as needed. Background Profile • This position requires 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction proposal management. • B.S. degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent years of experience. • 5 years of ground-up estimating and including min 2 years estimating water/wastewater or heavy civil process piping. • Proven experience delivering complex and large-scale proposals. • Demonstrate a strong ability to communicate and write compellingly. • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
