Expected salary range of $153,900 to $171,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). Primary Purpose of Position Plan and manage resources, finances, scope and services within a functional area of Information Technology to deliver business results. Provide IT products, services and solutions on time, within budget and with the required functionality. Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with clients. Participate in developing and implementing strategy/policy. Manage large-scale projects of high complexity, size and change management risk. Primary Duties and Accountabilities Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with business and IT partners. Evaluate performance and provide coaching for IT personnel. Participate in career development and succession planning processes. Promote diversity and foster teamwork, collaboration, and a learning organization. Provide input on development and retention processes for IT employees. Lead and manage IT projects and associated system integrators to deliver projects of medium to high complexity. Lead and manage IT staff and resources in accordance with IT Business Plan. Maintain current business knowledge/acumen, including application of technology solutions to deliver business results. Operate utilizing standard processes as defined within the Management Model where applicable. Oversee process improvement efforts and ensure adoption of standard processes and procedures that deliver sustainable top quartile cost and performance levels. Plan and manage scope, schedule, and budget for defined deliverables in accordance with IT project management standards. For operations/application maintenance: Plan and manage to defined service level agreements at agreed upon budgets. Prepare and manage budget for area of responsibility. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience, in lieu of bachelor's degree an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience Experience managing budgets for functional area of responsibility. Knowledge of business practices and processes related to role Experience leading and managing IT projects or sub teams and knowledge of IT project management Ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences including investigators, senior management, team members and others Appropriate technical skills: Azure, ADO, Database (Oracle/SQL). Experience leading and managing technical projects and personnel Preferred Qualifications Master's degree Knowledgeable on the Solution Enablement Process (SEP) and its requirements Knowledgeable on the Responsible AI (RAI) process and its requirements Analytical skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, problem solving and independent decision making Project Management Certification
