Job Title: Indirect Procurement Associate Manager Company Overview: Constellation Brands is a leading international beverage alcohol company known for its diverse portfolio of premium beer, wine, and spirits brands. Role Overview: As the Indirect Procurement Associate Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Marketing category by executing sourcing strategies and managing contracts that align with Constellation Brands’ growth objectives. This role requires collaboration across teams to drive cost efficiencies and supplier performance. What You'll Do: - You will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for the Marketing category. - You will manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. - You will assist in contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, and Legal to align procurement activities. - You will analyze market trends and supplier performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. - You will contribute to risk management by monitoring supplier risks and developing mitigation plans. - You will support the implementation of procurement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. - You will prepare reports and presentations to communicate procurement activities and results to stakeholders. What You Bring: - 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in indirect or marketing-related categories. - Strong negotiation and contract management skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry. - Knowledge of sustainability practices in procurement. - Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CIPS). - Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
