What You'll Do: - You will analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. - You will develop and implement digital tools and solutions to streamline logistics workflows. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain optimization projects. - You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to inform decision-making. - You will troubleshoot and resolve logistics-related issues using data-driven approaches. - You will support the integration of new technologies into existing logistics systems. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. - You will communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels. What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or data analytics roles. - Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau. - Experience with logistics management systems and digital transformation projects. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with programming languages such as Python or R. - Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques including predictive modeling. - Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle. - Previous experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry.
