What You'll Do: - You will analyze complex logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. - You will develop and implement digital solutions to optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals. - You will create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. - You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of logistics strategies. - You will support continuous improvement projects by providing analytical expertise and technology insights. - You will troubleshoot and resolve logistics-related issues using data analysis and problem-solving skills. - You will stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative logistics solutions. What You Bring: - You have 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain analytics, or a related field. - You possess strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau or Power BI. - You have a solid understanding of logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. - You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset. - You have strong communication skills to effectively present complex data to diverse audiences. - You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling or machine learning. - Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle. - Knowledge of automation technologies and digital transformation in logistics. - Certification in supply chain or logistics management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP).
