Role Overview: As an Associate Manager in Procurement, you will play a critical role in managing supplier relationships and optimizing procurement processes to support the company’s strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the supply chain. What You'll Do: - You will manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met. - You will analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. - You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and develop sourcing strategies. - You will negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions. - You will monitor procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - You will support the implementation of procurement systems and tools to enhance operational efficiency. - You will prepare reports and presentations to communicate procurement performance and initiatives to leadership. - You will assist in managing procurement budgets and forecasts. What You Bring: - You have 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the beverage or consumer goods industry. - You possess strong negotiation and contract management skills. - You have excellent analytical abilities and experience with data-driven decision making. - You are proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. - You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with SAP or other ERP systems. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the beverage industry. - Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP). - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
