Job Title: Associate Manager, Procurement Company Overview: Constellation Brands is a leading international producer and marketer of beer, wine, and spirits. Role Overview: As an Associate Manager in Procurement, you will play a critical role in managing supplier relationships and optimizing procurement processes to support the company’s growth and operational efficiency. This role requires strategic thinking and strong negotiation skills to ensure cost-effective sourcing and supply chain reliability. What You'll Do: - You will manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met. - You will develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities. - You will analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings. - You will lead contract negotiations and manage procurement agreements. - You will monitor procurement KPIs and prepare reports for senior management. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - You will support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function. What You Bring: - You have 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. - You possess strong negotiation and contract management skills. - You have experience working with ERP systems and procurement software. - You demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry. - Professional certification such as CPSM or CIPS. - Knowledge of sustainable procurement practices. - Experience managing international suppliers.
