Financial Systems Manager – Stamford, CT Are you an experienced financial systems professional ready to take ownership of ERP and reporting solutions in a growing organization? We’re seeking a Financial Systems Manager to join our team in Stamford, CT, to drive innovation, efficiency, and transformation across our finance systems landscape. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and optimize financial ERP systems, ensuring they meet business needs and compliance standards. • Lead reporting and analytics initiatives, leveraging tools such as Power BI and Power Automate to deliver actionable insights. • Manage projects from end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support change management initiatives, driving user adoption and process improvements. • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring effective service delivery and value for investment. What We’re Looking For: • Strong ERP systems experience (implementation, optimization, or support). • Proven track record in financial reporting and analytics, ideally with Power BI / Power Automate. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Hands-on experience in vendor management and change management. • A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
