Our law firm client is seeking a highly organized and politically savvy Legislative Assistant or Executive Assistant to support its Capitol Hill office. As the sole on-site support professional, you’ll manage scheduling, visitor coordination, and office operations, with potential involvement in legislative tasks depending on your background. • Location: Capitol Hill, Washington D.C. • Schedule: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 remote) | 37.5-hour work week • Salary: $70K–$90K, depending on experience Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and internal coordination • Manage calendars, travel, and meeting logistics • Support senior public affairs professionals with administrative and legislative tasks • Coordinate with Hill offices and government agencies as needed Ideal Candidate Profile • Minimum 2 years of experience in a scheduler, EA, AA, or Hill-facing role • Comfortable working independently in a quiet, secure office • Politically aware and confident navigating bipartisan environments • Professional, proactive, and highly organized
