How you will impact the organization… The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the complete recruitment life cycle for a diverse range of roles, primarily within the Go To Market (GTM) function including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and the Accounting and Finance departments. This role is crucial for developing and executing an efficient, compliant recruitment strategy that supports the continued growth of Consensus Cloud Solutions. The specialist will manage all aspects of the process, including assisting in the creation of job postings, executing multi-channel sourcing strategies, maintaining a strong and diverse talent pipeline, leveraging professional networks, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the offer and onboarding phases to ensure an exceptional candidate experience. As a highly visible member of the Human Resources department, this position is integral to strategic talent planning and upholding Consensus Cloud Solution’s core mission and values. The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, a solid understanding of labor employment laws, and expertise in current recruiting best practices. The value you will deliver… Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for various roles and departments, handling up to 15-20 active requisitions simultaneously. Employ exceptional sourcing skills to attract and hire high-caliber talent. Efficiently manage candidate pipelines to ensure a consistent flow of talent. Implement strategic interview techniques aligned with long-term retention goals. Provide guidance, training materials, and other resources to hiring teams to ensure adherence to established recruitment processes. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership on projects as directed. Utilize technology and tools to maximize personal productivity and process efficiency. Serve as a primary, consultative point of contact for hiring leaders in partnership with Talent Acquisition leadership. Consistently deliver an exceptional and positive candidate experience. Strategically communicate and negotiate verbal offer terms. Recommend and implement best practices to reduce time-to-fill for qualified candidates. Maintain meticulous and organized documentation of all recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Partner with leadership and hiring teams to fully comprehend workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to quickly meet those deliverables. Develop and maintain productive working relationships with all internal stakeholders. Proactively investigate and understand the complexities of roles that may be outside of previous experience. What you will bring to the table… 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including: Managing 15-25 requisitions at any given time. Sourcing for a variety of industries, professions, and seniority levels. Proficiency in utilizing sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. A track record of providing exceptional candidate experiences. Demonstrated ability to be a proactive partner to hiring managers, leveraging data, tools, and market insights to drive recruitment success. Proven ability to execute all aspects of full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Experience utilizing platforms such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other ATS/CRM systems to build and maintain candidate pipelines. Ability to conduct proactive sourcing using Boolean searches, networking, and referrals. Moderate to strong technical aptitude. High agility and proven ability to effectively adapt to changing priorities. Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey ideas and concepts to a varied audience with a high level of diplomacy. Effective time management, organizational, and prioritization skills, along with superb attention to detail. Commitment to maintaining accurate and organized documentation within the applicant tracking system and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Self-starter mentality with consistent accountability and ownership. Strong listening skills and ability to fully understand feedback from hiring teams and leaders to provide the most efficient support. You will stand out if you also have… 3+ years of experience in a recruitment role, with a mix of agency and in-house experience preferred. 3+ years of experience recruiting specifically for GTM and/or Accounting and Finance roles. Direct experience with Greenhouse ATS. Additional details… Location requirements: Fully remote within the U.S. (Los Angeles preferred.) Travel requirements: Up to 10% domestic travel Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time. The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits.
