Caregiver Home Health Location: Illinois - Cook, DuPage, Will, Lake County Pay: Competitive, based on experience Job Type: Full-time / Part-time About Us: Conrad Care Inc. is a trusted home healthcare provider dedicated to delivering compassionate and high-quality care to clients in their homes. We are looking for caring and dependable caregivers to join our team and make a difference in the lives of those we serve. Job Responsibilities: · Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. · Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. · Assist with meal preparation and feeding, following dietary restrictions as needed. · Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, sweeping, and tidying living spaces. · Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises as directed. · Monitor and report any changes in client’s health or behavior to the supervisor. · Provide medication reminders (if applicable). · Follow care plans and ensure client safety at all times. Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent preferred. · Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is a plus. · Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required training will be provided. · Ability to lift, move, or support clients as needed. · Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred. · Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing excellent care.
