Our team of highly experienced professionals assists financial executives with their most complex business needs, including Accounting Advisory, Digital Solutions, Financial Operations, IPO, M&A, and Managed Services. Connor Group is looking for a consulting leader to direct our Data Analytics & Operations practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of client engagement, go-to-market strategy, and delivery excellence. You will lead strategic analytics engagements, develop new business, build service offerings, and guide a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end client engagements, from discovery and scoping to delivery and executive presentations. Drive go-to-market strategy and develop offerings aligned to client needs and market demand. Own business development activities, including proposals, presentations, and deal negotiations. Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client executives. Understand client business processes and advise on data strategy, architecture, flow, and tooling (e.g., Workato, Boomi, n8n, Snowflake) to solve business problems. Oversee a team of analytics professionals within the broader Advanced Automation group. Partner with internal leaders across multiple practices to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions. Represent Connor Group through thought leadership, marketing activities, and industry events. Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Information Systems (Master’s preferred). 10+ years in business process and/or data analytics or related fields, with 5+ years in leadership roles. Strong Industry experience in strategic finance, FP&A, RevOps, etc. Proven track record selling and delivering consulting engagements. Strong expertise in business, finance, data strategy, process optimization, and solution design without direct development work. Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with Python and Java. Experience with modern integration and automation tools (Workato, Boomi, n8n) and data platforms (Snowflake, AWS/Azure/GCP). Exceptional client relationship, communication, and presentation skills. AI/ML knowledge is a plus.
