Chief Financial Officer – USA Are you looking for an opportunity to lead enterprise-wide financial strategy and play a pivotal role in shaping executive-level decision-making? Overview: Connor Consulting Partners, LLC provides highly specialized accounting and advisory solutions to ensure contract, license, and royalty compliance. With the continuous business growth and expansion of Connor and its clients, we are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to perform effective risk management and help us further build our capabilities and manage global client projects. The ideal CFO should have extensive years of experience in finance, operations, projects, and compliance across various industries and geographies with a proven track record of leading and executing large-scale projects, managing complex contracts and risks, and transforming and collaborating across functions and teams. In this position, the CFO shall lead a team of professionals driving financial management, operational excellence, and compliance both internally and externally for our Clients. The goal is to enable and support the growth and performance of Connor and its clients, by delivering best-in-class financial services, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. Main Responsibilities: Drive the group’s finance function operations, promoting continuous improvement in operations. Serve as a strategic partner by performing risk management, providing financial input, analysis, advice and leadership in the development of the group’s strategic plans. Control and evaluate the organization’s investment funds to support the development of investment strategies Ensure cash flow is suitable for the company’s operations. Manage the financing and capital requirements of the entire *organization Develop reliable current forecasting reports Manage the company’s financial IT system Manage vendor relationships Manage the entire finance, operations, and human resources team. Requirements Experience, Skills, and Characteristics At least 5 years proven experience as CFO Experience with building strong relationships and instilling trust with clients and internal teams Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills; Strategic thinker with ability to make prudent business decisions High level of professionalism and personable demeanor Excellent communication and public speaking skills Flexibility to work effectively across multiple clients and teams, geographies, and time zones to achieve common goal 25%-35% domestic and international travel required.
