About Connrex Digital Connrex Digital is a growing digital agency that helps small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) establish and strengthen their online presence. Position Overview We’re looking for a Website Project Manager to oversee website projects from kickoff to launch. In this role, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for clients while coordinating with our internal design and development teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and knowledgeable about website best practices. Key Responsibilities • Manage website projects for SMB clients from initiation to completion. • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. • Schedule and lead client communications via video calls and email. • Work closely with designers and developers to keep projects on track. • Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met. • Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects moving smoothly. • Ensure that final deliverables align with client expectations and industry best practices. Qualifications • 1–3 years of experience in a website project management role. • Strong understanding of website design best practices (no coding or design skills required). • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at once. • Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment is a plus.
