At Connie Health, we’re revolutionizing the way older Americans navigate Medicare. As we continue to expand into new and existing markets, we’re seeking a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include qualifying leads, creating sales opportunities, and executing outbound calls to engage with prospects and follow up on leads. Additionally, you will ensure all sales and service activities are accurately documented in Salesforce.com, maintaining strict compliance with Medicare regulations, HIPAA standards, and patient confidentiality requirements. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Requirements What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive Medicare needs assessments over the phone with older adults, providing education on Medicare, identifying eligible election periods, explaining available services, and coordinating appointment scheduling with a Licensed Medicare Agent for enrollment support. Qualify potential leads and generate sales opportunities for Licensed Medicare Agents. Execute outbound calls to engage with leads and pursue additional sales opportunities. Deliver exceptional customer service through a consultative approach to telephone sales. Accurately document all sales and service activities in the CRM system. What You Bring 2–3 years of customer service experience Previous call center experience Strong technical skills and comfort using multiple systems (iOS, Salesforce, Five9, Slack preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Medicare knowledge a plus Bilingual a plus Why Join Connie Health?
