Responsibilities ' Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with insurance inquiries and claims. • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. • Promote insurance products and services effectively to meet sales targets. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality. • Stay updated on insurance policies, regulations, and industry trends. • Assist in resolving complex customer issues with professionalism. • Support marketing efforts through outreach and engagement activities.' • Qualifications ' Proven experience in insurance sales or customer service roles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively. • Multilingual abilities are a plus. • Strong analysis skills for assessing customer needs. • Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and HIPAA compliance is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are advantageous.'
