We're looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Senior Product Manager to join our US Product team at Connexity. The Senior Product Manager is based in LA, reports to the Director, Product Delivery and is a part of the US Product Management team. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of products, supporting both our demand-side partners (merchants and advertisers) and our supply-side partners (publishers and content creators). This position serves as a product leader with a deep technical curiosity, a passion for solving complex problems, and the analytical skills to prove hypotheses. The ability to leverage data, navigate complex systems, and lead a variety of projects, from classification systems to platform unification, will be key to the success of this role. The Sr. Product Manager is a direct contact for our partners, acting as a solutions-oriented, customer-facing expert. Responsibilities Lead Diverse Product Initiatives: Own the strategy and roadmap for a range of products and projects. This includes strategic long-term initiatives like the unification of our merchant and publisher platforms, as well as critical operational projects like our EU classification system, data pipeline improvements, and core API enhancements. Be a Customer-Facing Partner: Act as a go-to expert for our partners, joining calls with publishers and other customers. You will be comfortable with operational work, including onboarding and optimizing customer implementations with a solutions architect mindset. Drive with Data: Rely heavily on quantitative analysis to inform your vision and strategy. You'll use your expertise in SQL and other data analytics packages to pull, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify opportunities, measure impact, and troubleshoot issues. Master Complex Systems: You will be the go-to person for our platform, translating technical implementations into tangible value for our customers. Your work will involve optimizing key processes such as our classification models, data flows, and product key systems. Collaborate and Communicate: Partner closely with Engineering, Program Management, Business Intelligence, and other internal teams to build consensus and ensure smooth execution. You will be a key liaison, articulating technical details and product value to both internal and external stakeholders. Analyze and Optimize: Continuously monitor product performance, defining and tracking key metrics (KPIs) for both our publisher and merchant partners. You'll conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize platform flows, improve data accuracy, and enhance user experience. Manage and Prioritize: Juggle multiple priorities across different business lines, from our core platform to specific partner-motivated projects, ensuring that key deliverables are launched correctly and on time. 4+ years of experience as a senior level, professional, Product Manager in a technology company, with a proven track record of launching and iterating on complex, scalable products. Exceptional data analysis skills, including deep proficiency in SQL and experience using data analytics packages to pull your own data and inform product decisions. Strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of software development principles and experience working closely with engineering teams. A background in software development or a related field is a significant advantage. Experience in a customer-facing role, comfortable interacting with external partners and providing technical guidance. A versatile problem-solver who can pivot between strategic, long-term initiatives and urgent, operational projects. Ability to define and prioritize initiatives while managing stakeholder relationships and dependencies across multiple business lines. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for building consensus and aligning teams toward a shared vision. Experience with an Agile framework. Nice to Haves Familiarity with the advertising, e-commerce, or performance marketing/affiliate space. Experience with platform consolidation, data pipelines, and/or classification systems. The pay range for this position is $170K- $190K. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
