Apply now and let’s build something game-changing together. The Role We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead our brand and growth initiatives. This role will own creative campaign design, digital advertising, and multi-platform social strategy to build ConnectUs’s presence and drive adoption. Responsibilities • Shape ConnectUs’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. • Plan, design, and execute creative product campaigns highlighting new features and community stories. • Produce and manage engaging ad content (short-form videos, visuals, copywriting) tailored for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Reddit, Discord, etc. • Run multi-channel digital campaigns (paid + organic), track performance, and iterate for continuous optimization. • Collaborate with founders, designers, and external creators to launch compelling campaigns and brand activations. • Manage campaign budgets, performance dashboards, and growth metrics. • Engage with the community to spark user-generated content and viral growth. Must Have • Open to students and recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Design, Filming, or related fields. • Strong video production and editing skills (short-form ads). • Experience in social media marketing, brand campaigns, or consumer tech/startup marketing. • Ability to run ad campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and Meta (with measurable ROI). • Creative storytelling skills in branding and visual design. • Familiarity with digital ad platforms, analytics tools, and campaign optimization. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Availability of at least 10 hours/week. Nice to Have • Experience working in early-stage startups or consumer mobile apps. • Knowledge of influencer marketing and creator partnerships.
