You have... • Current and unencumbered license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. • 1+ year(s) of Certified Home Health experience as an LPN • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team. • Comfortability using technical tools and software/EMR for visit documentation • Current CPR certification. • Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and car insurance coverage. • Proof of Immunization/Exemption for Flu and COVID-19. • TB Test or Chest X-Ray.
