We’re looking for a Cybersecurity Metrics & Reporting Analyst to turn security data into clear, useful insights. This role focuses on building and improving cybersecurity metrics that show how the security program is performing and where risk is trending. You’ll partner with security, GRC, risk, and IT teams to create dashboards and reports that leaders can easily understand and act on. Remote, longterm W2 contract • Build and maintain cybersecurity KPIs and KRIs. • Track metrics across vulnerability management, phishing, identity, patching, and compliance. • Create dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or AuditBoard. • Align metrics to frameworks such as NIST and ISO. • Help define thresholds, trends, and alerts for emerging risks. • Support leadership, audit, and regulatory reporting. • Improve automation and data quality in reporting. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk, GRC, or security analytics. • Experience building or improving security metrics and reporting. • Strong data analysis and visualization skills. • Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, NIST 800-55, or similar frameworks. • Able to clearly explain data to technical and non-technical audiences. Nice to Have • Experience with GRC tools (AuditBoard, Archer, ServiceNow GRC). • Exposure to executive or Board-level reporting.
